One of the things I value most in life and throughout my business and podcasting journey, is the gift of being able to connect with and build relationships with so many remarkable people.
In our quest for more joyful lives, it’s so important to find people that can be there in the best AND the worst times.
For me, Calli Lewis has been one of those people.
Calli and I have had the pleasure and fun of helping each other face life’s adventures and challenges, and learn what we can along the way. We struggle together, shift perspectives with each other, and, at the end of the day, enjoy some good laughs and soak in more joy together.

Today, we dive into another honest and refreshing conversation about the stories that hold us back from experiencing life with freedom and chasing the things we really desire for ourselves and those we love.
As you listen in, I invite you to ask yourself the following questions:nbsp;
- What do you really want?
- Why do you feel or think that you can’t you have what you want?
- What’s holding you back from really feeling free?
Oftentimes, we let fear or self-imposed limitations keep us from the abundance, joy, freedom, and love we desire. But, what would happen if we allowed ourselves to really explore those fears and limitations and maybe even to let them go?
After all, it's when we finally allow ourselves to SEE what’s holding us back before we can actually get to work on changing it!
YOU ARE BRILLIANT, BEAUTIFUL, AND MAGNIFICENT!
So, don’t let the stories looming under the surface stop you from setting yourself free to be everything you are and to have what you truly want. Listen to the pieces of your heart that are showing you your dreams and urging you to live bigger and seek even more joy.
And, if you’re feeling alone in this journey or just need some extra love, support, and power from other women traveling similar paths, PLEASE come join us in the
Joyful Living Facebook Group.
We would LOVE to connect with you, cheer you on, and be with you as you experience the ups and downs that so many of us face. My intention is for the group to be a beautiful network of women empowering each other to share, learn, grow, and find joy.
Hope to see you there!
