Started the day with a GORGEOUS bike ride down to the beach. Definitely my favorite way to see Bali so far!
At the beach we arrived at the perfect moment to see a Balinese ceremony happening. Such beautiful people with lovely traditions. Their whole lives are centered around family, Temple, amp; devotion.

After attending Church, we went on an hour boat ride to a small, beautiful island off Bali called Lembongan where we're staying the night tonight.
The Lembongan island is so beautiful! The water is the most incredible turquoise blue!

Lunch on the beach at Mai Tide was INCREDIBLE. Veggie pizza (with pumpkin on it - YUM) amp; grilled chicken on a stack of couscous. The food in Bali is completely out of this world. It's so healthy amp; DELICIOUS. And the presentation is always gorgeous!

By far the biggest highlight of today was a full body, AMAZING massage on the beach (for only $8 USD). Holy smokes. This is exactly what I imagine heaven to be like. Kelly is giving me the PRIMO experience. Blowing my mind with all the beauty amp; how this Bali experience is deeply nourishing my soul.

We're staying the night on this island at a small, adorable resort called "Dream Huts" that is "small on frills, but big on fun." Our room is an actual little hut with an outdoor enclosed bathroom. The shower is a spout made from bamboo amp; the water is only one temperature: on. The pool at the resort is just breath-taking amp; overlooks the bay amp; their private beach. We swam while watching the sunset. Completely yummy.

Tonight we had a delicious dinner by candlelight amp; paper lanterns on the beach at the Sandy Bay Beach Club. The fish is amazing here since it just barely hopped out of the ocean amp; onto my plate. We couldn't decide on deserts, so of course we ordered 3. YUM.

SUCH a magical first day in Bali!! Is this really happening to me?!! Can't even wait to wake up tomorrow!!!
